But the #1 thing I wish I’d told myself is this: getting from $10m to $100m in revenues is very doable.

Most groupthink about startups is correct in the aggregate. Almost all of them fail, fundraising = success, etc. But what I've learned is a lot of these general learnings don't really apply to you. Because the best startups are all outliers. That means they are doing something special. So don't get distracted by averages here, and what usually happens. There's no point in building an average startup.
