“Ok, I’m starting a business.” – The very first three things an entrepreneur should do

  • Starting an own business is really something special and it should not remain an unfulfilled dream.

We live in times of entrepreneurship and small businesses, startups and freelancers “grow out of nothing.”

Normally no problem – our markets are full of interesting projects and ideas, full of creativity and innovation.

It only becomes a problem, when these new entrepreneurs have not the needed knowledge, entrepreneurial spirit and financial means to endure the first years of struggle, that can arise and that is only normal for a young company.

Companies that come spontaneously to huge success are seldom, this is not the norm.

Entrepreneurship is a JOURNEY, and an entrepreneur never stops learning.

If you take the right mentality and a “can do” attitude and mix it with commitment and drive, your chosen “strategy” becomes secondary.

Combine confidence with some humility and keep an open mind to new opportunities.

And after all, you have to be on the pitch to score a goal.

Before starting your business these three points are important:

    1. You have already found your purpose?

    Top 3 Lessons:

    1. Start with Purpose

    2. Surround yourself with the right people

    3. Focus on the journey

    2. Be the Change

Be inspired by the video of Jay Shetty:

    Jay Shetty says:

“I remember seeing an advert that said “think global, act local,” and I can’t think of a better phrase that encapsulates what our goal should be. The world after all is a reflection of ourselves. The battle is actually within. When we start becoming catalysts of change in our circles, empowering others to lead according to their strengths and propensities and provide new perspectives and dimensions we will begin to see the power of love, empathy, support and community.”

    3. Understand the Idea of Failure before Success

Be inspired by the video of Jay Shetty:

    Jay Shetty says:

“Everyone famous has experienced a failure.

“I’ve failed over and over and over again in my life and that is why I succeed.” – Michael Jordan

“If I try my best and fail, well I’ve tried my best.” – Steve Jobs

“Failure is another stepping stone to greatness.” – Oprah Winfrey

Michael Jordan, Steve Jobs, Oprah Winfrey, Walt Disney, Steven Spielberg and Albert Einstein all experienced failure.

Success has many fathers, but failure is an orphan. Failures are a stepping-stone to success. Real leaders make plenty of mistakes. Rather than wasting time worrying about them they spend time making sure they don’t repeat them.

Champions are always focused on their goals, in every situation. They make goals, losers make excuses. Our life is what we make of it. Failure is verily a minor stumbling block on the road to success.

Failure may not build CVs, but it builds character. Failure teaches us the ability of change and adaptation – the single most needed thing in life. The only thing certain in life is uncertainty.”

    What people are saying:

“Brazzlebox is a unique tool that allows small business owners reach out not only to other local business people to exchange local insight, but as well users can communicate with business owners in their own sphere of work.” – Joe Cunningham, COO of The Swell Broadcast Company

“It’s great to have a social network where I can talk to other like-minded entrepreneurs and business owners. Knowing everyone is striving towards the same goals is what makes this site special.” – Jay McPherson, Moment Sports
