“Dance with the one that brung ya”. Did you know that the same, rather poor grammar rule, also applies to social leadership and even on social media?

Very often, carefully prepared thoughts of a high quality remain completely unnoticed by a larger audience. Is there something more than the shining glory?

You are one in a million, equally unique, unrepeatable and unpredictable. A single flap of a butterfly's wings may provoke a new Renaissance… It is your global social impact. Maybe you are one of the most important butterflies. The blue one, who will never feel blue again. Let's see how, it will not be easy.

The Butterfly Effect

In 1972 Edward N. Lorenz an American mathematician, meteorologist, and a pioneer of Chaos Theory gave a talk at the 139th meeting of the American Association for the Advancement of Science entitled:

“Predictability: Does the flap of a butterfly’s wings in Brazil set off a tornado in Texas?”

Within Chaos Theory the answer would be, yes. The Butterfly effect is about if a single occurrence, no matter how small, can change the behavior of the complex – chaotic system forever. Society is a complex adaptive system. The natural growth of chaos in a free society is also a source of the most precious creativity and a possible upcoming Renaissance.

A Single Flap of a C - Butterfly Wings

The letter C in a word or a single flap of a C – butterfly wings should sound like:

• K (Community or Cooperation),
• Sh (like sound of a large roaring Tornado of thoughts),
• S (soCiety) or even
• Silent (sCent),

depending on spoken words within our beautiful minds.

Community and Cooperation → Tornado of thoughts → Future society…

This letter (C) does not always maintain the same sound or sound at all. All letters in all unspoken or unread words are silent. The silent world is not enough.

Raise your voice and be a C – butterfly. Choose your wings color only with a scent of fresh ideas. There are many words to look out for. Words can be like violence. Always, select wisdom and inner conversation ahead of some blatant self-promotions.

Only carefully written words should cause a growing clamor (determined chaos), innovation and an inevitable progress.

All unpredictable and chaotic C - butterflies behave similarly. There are plenty of them and they are self-similar, although they have different colors and shapes.

A single C – butterfly can make a primordial miracle. Luckily, there are enough of us who have already recognized that a social leadership is much more than the sum of his fragmented parts.

Social Leadership, Time and Creative Writing

Leadership is not about getting people to understand and believe in your vision and to work with you to achieve your goals. Under the leadership of such leaders the most beautiful and also some ugliest - the most tragic episodes in history have happened.

Future leadership is about social complexity with a growing trend of social encounters and exchanges.

What is your vision about the future of leadership?

Loneliness is a silent plague that is hurting not only young people, but also adults. Writing is one of the simplest and fastest ways to express personal thoughts or insights and not necessary in a profitable way.

Only one trivial or non-genuine article may cause disappointment among the audience, but more important is severe emotional dislocation of self. Nevertheless, below average article was never one that is written from the bottom of heart.

Creative writing is an art.

Words and thoughts are like clouds. Lightning usually appears later or never, first in our mind and only then in someone else’s. Unfortunately, mind delusions are ubiquitous. Sometimes, promising "New heights" are quite low at the end.

An article never dies. Written words are eternal.

Writing is also time consuming activity. The power of the present moment is massively underrated.Ultimately, time is only an illusion (particles of light already knows everything), but somehow everything rather than nothing is possible if we start to understand the secrets of a personal time management. Time stands still and then we will come back to fractal. Fractals are forever.

A rare, but meaningful and thoughtful flap of a butterfly's wings is the most effective move. Be a C – butterfly with transparent wings.
